Prime Minister Imran says that those who went out to remove his government will be buried under their plots
Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Sunday that he was unfazed by the opposition's attempts to isolate him through the no-confidence movement, saying the nation would witness that "the three rats who united to remove the government will eventually be preyed upon" themselves. Addressing a crowd in Hafizabad, Punjab, the prime minister first noted the public welfare initiatives taken by his government amid the problems facing the country before criticizing key opposition leaders.
The prime minister said the people would see that those trying to oust him from the top position would be buried under the weight of their plots.
He noted that about 20 EU ambassadors had questioned him in the past about his opposition to drone attacks. He claimed, "I asked them if they would allow Pakistan to launch a drone attack on a Pakistani-based terrorist who has been residing in London for 30 years and involved in several killings in Karachi, the capital of Sindh."
Omran said he would not satisfy anyone or choose a foreign policy that would endanger the country's interest. JUI-F Chairman Maulana Fazlur Rahman, Pakistan Muslim League Chairman Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan People's Party Chairman Asif Ali Zardari demanded to remain silent about US drone strikes in Pakistan between 2008 and 2018, saying these leaders never spoke of Pakistan's rights. He said his government would maintain relations with everyone "but it would not compromise on national interests". Prime Minister Imran insisted that Pakistan would become a great country for the remainder of his term, adding that the incentives announced by his government would lead to results in due course.

Prime Minister Imran reiterated that he rightly criticized the European Union for his correspondence with Pakistan and for asking the government to condemn Russia.
"The West respects you only when they see that you are loyal to your country," he said.
He said he is respected in all the countries he has visited so far like the Prime Minister. He claimed, "I have no wealth hidden abroad nor am I involved in any corruption," adding: "I entered politics only to serve my people."
The prime minister said crimes will only continue to rise if the nation remains silent about wrongdoing in society and allows corruption, sexual crimes and violence to become the norm. He said his government has introduced a single national curriculum to remove class distinctions in the country. "Currently, only a small segment get good jobs while the rest of the people end up getting low-end jobs." He said it was necessary to teach English to everyone, but that it should not be taken as a standard for judging and distinguishing people. "It only happened because we didn't reform our education system," he added. The prime minister said Pakistan was building two universities to enable the country to rise. "The Prime Minister's words his admission of defeat": Shahbaz
In a statement issued by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Shahbaz claimed that the prime minister's agenda to anger the "friends of Pakistan" had been realized and that he should resign now.
He said that inflation had risen significantly during the PTI period and the prime minister should be responsible for all the hardships the people are facing.
"You should resign now and let the nation breathe a sigh of relief," said the PML-N leader.
